Advance Booking for Upcoming Dhamaka Movies

In August, We are excited to celebrate our independence day but what are the other things that make this August more special and exciting? Can anyone guess? Ok, I can tell you, After waiting many years and weeks, we can finally know the release dates of our favorite Upcoming Dhamaka movies like Gadar 2 and OMG 2 and Don 3.

We all know the history of these movies. Gadar was a hit in 2001 and I am very excited to see Tara Singh and Sakina love chemistry one more time in its sequel. The film will thrash in the theater on August 11, Along with OMG 2 and DOn 3. But is also exciting for South Indian movie fans of Rajinikanth and Chiranjeevi fans, Jailer, and Bhola Shankar are also released on this date. But given that advance ticket sales make Gadar 2, a clear winner in north India already.

Gadar 2 has already sold more than 1.3 lakh tickets in one day, according to Film trade analysts. The advance ticket sales of Gadar 2 in the single-screen cinemas are sounder than this year’s most significant hit, Pathan, and maybe Gadar 2 break all records and run first and hit the list. The film exhibitor, Akshaye Rathi told through social media that the film will do business for over Rs 25 cr, may and the count-down begins. We all know the love chemistry of Sunny Deol as Tara Singh and Ameesha Patel as Sakeena. In this sequel, we see Tara Singh cross the border and enter Pakistan to salvage his son, Jetee and you see the recreated version of the considerably adored song “ Main Nikla Gaddi LeKe”.So this is clear that this sequel movie gives you goosebumps and breaks all records.

On The other hand, OMG 2 and Rajinikant’s movie Jailer were also released on the same date. In OMG 2, we see Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva, Kanti Sharan Mudgal, who is a staunch devotee of Lord Shiva. Mudgal’s trouble starts when his son Vivek is fired from school for immoral conduct but Mudgal finds out that this is a misunderstanding. And he decides to show all his responsibilities to his son and file a case to the court. So this movie also gives a hit in the first part and now the Sequel trailer creates suspense and excitement in fans.

Rajinikanth’s Movie Jailer also broke the advance booking record after Gadar 2. We see Muthuvel Pandian as a strict yet compassionate jailer who sets out to stem a gang from trying to rescue their head from jail.Rajinikanth as Muthuvel pandian and Vasanth Ravi as Arjun, Muthuvel,s son.

After four years of gap, Vasant Ravi returned with an ultra-violent film, Rocky, and did two other hits Captain Miller and Aswins, and his next role in Jailer as a supporting role. Along with Rajnikant and Vasanth in Jailer, we see many superstars like Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, Naga Babu, and others. This is a fantastic experience to see all the superstars on one screen.

Jailer broke records not in India only, Its release as a film garnered $802,628 or Rs 6.64 crore from the US market in terms of gross booking ticket sales and in Chennai and Bengaluru advance booking collection of around Rs 4.70 crore. Jailer is the high-opening film in 2023 across domestic and international markets.

With these numbers hit, Rajinikanth’s movie Jailer has left Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel Gadar 2 and Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2 according to the collection of advance booking. Gadar 2 advance sale collection is around 130 crore for the weekend and Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi’s OMG 2, collection is around Rs 82 lakh.
