Most of the food delivery services are famous for being late in delivery or mixing up the orders. But Swiggy recently took customer service to the next level. A Swiggy user recently ordered food from a restaurant near his location in Chennai but the order got registered to an eatery by the same name in Rajasthan.

A Twitter user named Bhargav Rajan tweeted a picture showing that a person ordered food from a restaurant nearby but Swiggy detected it as being ordered from an eatery in Rajasthan.

Wow @swiggy_in what are you driving? pic.twitter.com/0MlL1cxbZ2

Moreover, the order was for a mere Rs 138.

The image quickly became viral on the micro-blogging site, Twitter and Swiggy had the best response to the app malfunction.

When the user posted the image on Twitter, Swiggy commented on the post saying ‘We’ll fly to the moon and back for our customers’. They also said they’d look into the matter

-We’ll fly to the moon and back for our customers! #Anythingforourcustomers

However, the post is really funny but according to Swiggy this was one of the Google map glitches in which the customer care service of Swiggy responded humorously
