CAT 2023 Admit Cards Set to Release Today: Follow These Steps for Download

Today, November 7, the Indian Institute of Management has issued the admit card for CAT ( Common Admission Test) 2023. All the registered candidates can access their CAT admit card from the official website, iimcat.ac.in. This admit card is important for all candidates who are pursuing the MBA entrance exam on November 26 to carry their valid government ID and their admit card to the exam location. 

There are a total of three shifts administered for CAT 2023: morning, afternoon, and evening. The morning shift starts from 8.30 am to 10.30 am, the afternoon shift starts from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm, and the evening shift starts from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. 

To get the CAT admit card online, candidates must go to the official website and log in using their registered user ID and password. All the CAT exam-related information, such as candidates’ information, their CAT application number, roll number, exam center, reporting time to the exam center, exam time, and CAT 2023 exam instructions, you get on this admission card. 

CAT 2023 Admit Card: How to Download 

1. First visit the official website for CAT admissions, iimcat.ac.in. 

2. Select the link that reads “ Download IIM CAT Admit Card 2023

3. Third, enter your registered ID and passport to log in, fill in all information, and click on submit. 

4. A screen will display the CAT 2023 admission card

5. Print the CAT 2023 admit card after downloading it for your records

After printing out the admit card, candidates should carefully read the rules and regulations provided on the admit card. After this, make sure that your photo, signature, name, and other confidential segments have been printed perfectly. If you face any mistake or incorrect, then say it to the exam conducting authority. 

The CAT exam is divided into three sections

  • Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
  • Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
  • Quantitative Ability

This computer-based CAT entrance exam has a total of three sections, which consists of 100 questions and to complete every section you have only a 40-minute time limit. In this CAT exam, three marks are delivered for every correct question. However, for each wrong answer, candidates would yield one mark. 

Time management is important in this exam, Practice solving questions with a limited time, and boost speed and accuracy. At the time of the actual exam, don’t get stuck on a single question, if you face one particularly difficult question then move on to another and return to it later if time permits.

In India, the Common Admission Test (CAT) is the most important and reputable national-level entrance examination presented by aspirants who want to obtain admission into top management institutes. The IIMs ( Indian Institute of Management) conduct the Common Admission Test per year on a rotational basis. 

In 2023, the CAT score will be tolerated for admission to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade’s MBA International Business and MBA Business Analytics course. To enter these institutes around 3.30 lakh candidates have applied.
