Baby Doll Singer Kanika Kapoor Tests Positive For Coronavirus

One of the best Bollywood playback singer Kanika Kapoor tested positive for highly infectious novel coronavirus or COVID-19. The Chief Medical Officer of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, filed a complaint against Kanika Kapoor, and now she has been booked for disobedience and negligence because she attended many gatherings in Lucknow hiding her travel history.

Famous songs Chitiyaan Kalaiyaan (Roy) and Baby Doll (Ragini MMS 2) singer Kanika Kapoor returned from London (a city that has many cases of Coronavirus over the last month) and entered at Mumbai airport on 9 March 2020. Kanika Kapoor claimed that she came to Lucknow on 11 March 2020.

The FIR was registered against Kanika Kapoor at Sarojini Nagar Police Station, Commissioner Surjit Pandey Said that “ FIR was filed under IPC Sections 269 ( negligent act), 188( disobedience to order duly spread by public servant) and 270 (malignant act likely to spread infection of diseases that is dangerous to life)”.

It is said that the high viral load was detected, when the singer was screened at the Lucknow airport on 14 March 2020. But according to Bollywood Singer Kanika Kapoor – she was admitted at a hospital in Lucknow, and she was also screened at the airports, but no virus was detected, and she was totally unaware that she was carrying Coronavirus.

Kanika Kapoor attended a dinner in Lucknow along with Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh, and this caused a scare among many senior politicians all the way to Delhi, which includes Parliament and even the President’s House.

The latest update is four more people test positive for coronavirus because of Kanika Kapoor.
