Kartarpur Corridor-A Visa-Free Visit to Pakistan

The world-famous Kartarpur Gurudwara was built to solemnize the place where the founder of Sikhism, Sri Guru Nanak Dev was settled after his missionary work. A new visa-free corridor between the gurudwara at Kartarpur & the Indian town of Dera Baba Nanak was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan. This corridor is about 6 km away.

Very good news for Indian pilgrims! As visiting Pakistan without a visa has now become possible through the establishment of Kartarpur Corridor.

Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib or Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur is a gurdwara in Kartarpur. On 9 November 2019, the Kartarpur Corridor was opened by Pakistani PM. On this day, the fall of the Berlin Wall also took place which is widely celebrated as its anniversary.

It’s thus a modern miracle for people as Indian pilgrims who come to pray in Pakistan can now visit the country without any visa. Thus, the visa-free entry of Indian nationals to Pak is almost an unbelievable cat of faith. This passage is a safe way for Indians to reach the Kartarpur gurudwara situated in Pak.
