Pulwama Attack A Black Day for India

14 February is a black day for India because, on this day, the most destructive terror attack happened in the Pulwama on India’s security forces. Around 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CPRF) were killed by the terrorist Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM). He rammed the SUV vehicle, which carries the explosive into the bus, which carrying paramilitary force. This incident happened on the Srinagar- Jammu national highway in Pulwama District on 14 February 2019 at around 3 pm.

What happened on 14 February 

On this day, the convoy of 78 buses, which carries 2500 Central Reserve Police Force (CPRF) security forces, were traveling from Jammu to Srinagar.

Then a terrorist Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), who is a suicide Bomber of Pakistan, targeted the 5th bus and crashed his explosive-laden vehicle into the bus. In this attack, about 80 kg of explosives were used.

Because of this explosion, around 40 CPRF force died, and some Jawans on the 6th bus were injured. All this incidence was captured in the CCTV camera on the highway.

How people of India responded to Pulwama Attack

After this deadliest attack, the tensions flared up between India and Pakistan. The fire was raging inside the heart of Indian peoples, and India started the protest against Pakistan.

On 17 February 2019, Prime Minister of India’ Narendra Modi’ would declare that the security forces have been given full freedom to choose the place, timing, nature, and intensity of their revenge on the Pulwama terror attack.

At least 12 days after the destructive Pulwama Attack, the Indian Air Force jets bombed the terrorist Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) camp in Balakot.
