Pulwama Encounter: 4 army men, civilian dead, 2 terrorists neutralised

4 more Army men, including a major and a civilian, lost their lives in an encounter with the terrorists in Pulwama today. Security forces were engaged in a gunfight with the terrorists in the Pinglan area. They all belonged to 55 Rashtriya Rifles.

Two terrorists have been killed in the encounter. Two other are reportedly holed up and the operation is underway. The encounter took place around 10km away from the site where Pulwama suicide attack happened on Thursday. A man is injured critically who has been sent to a hospital. The injured army man identified as Sepoy Gulzar Mohd has been sent to an army hospital for treatment.

Thus, India calls for Bharat Bandh today.
