Vivo X50 Pro Launched In India: Specifications And All You Need To Know

The smartphone maker Vivo has not updated its X series since the Vivo X21 launched over the past two years. Vivo X21 was the first smartphone in India to flaunt an in-display fingerprint scanner. Now the company has launched two new smartphones in this series named Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 pro. The Vivo X50 pro is the major highlight because it has more and advanced features than Vivo X50. It packs in a gimbal camera along with OIS and EIS and affirms to offer great stabilization.

Vivo X50 Pro launched in India at the price of RS 49,990 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. While the X50 will be sold at Rs 34,990 for the 8GB + 128GB storage model and Rs 37,990 for the top-end 8GB + 256GB variant in Glaze Black and Forst Colors. The smartphone brings a slim body 90 Hz display, 4200 mAh battery capacity. The Vivo X50 series was initially launched in China previously in the year. In China, Vivo had announced three devices under the series, but India is has decided to pass up on the Snapdragon 865 totting X50 pro plus rather than we in India are only getting the X50 and X50 pro which will be available for purchase through various gateways.

The biggest highlight of the Vivo X50 pro series is the focus on cameras and designs. The Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 pro offer a lot of the same in terms of overall designs and features, but the huge difference between these smartphones is their camera setups. The most unique and interesting feature of X50 pro is the Gimbal Camera System. The advanced camera setup allows the lens ad the sensor to move across to remunerate for shakes. Vivo declares that this will not only help for video but also for low-light hand-held stills. This stabilization system provides 300 percent better performance than the normal OIS system on phones. The camera tech seems interesting, but that’s not all the Vivo X50 pro flaunt a 90Hz display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC too.

The display of this smartphone curves on the sides where it meets the frame. Glass rear panel also curves into the frame, offers this smartphone a prominent look, and makes it comfortable to hold. The Vivo has chosen for Schott Xensation UP glass at the front and back. Vivo offers the X50 Pro in an Alpha Grey finish. The frosted rear panel maintains to hide fingerprints and smudges to quite and intensity. The top and bottom of this smartphone are completely flat.
