The Process to Apply for Learner License Online
Step 1: Visit the Parivahan website
To begin the application process, you need to visit the official website of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways – Parivahan (https://parivahan.gov.in). Select ‘Driving Licence Related Services’ from the drop-down menu after clicking the ‘Online Services option.
Step 2: Select your state
Once you’ve accessed the ‘Driving License Related Services’ page, select your state from the drop-down menu. In this case, select ‘Delhi’ from the list of states.
Step 3: Choose the service you require
On the next page, you will notice a list of services related to driving licenses. Choose the ‘Apply Online’ option under the ‘Learner License’ section.

Once you’ve selected the ‘Apply Online’ option, you will be mandated to an application form. You will be required to fill out personal details such as your name, date of birth, and address.
